Shopping at Freedom Seeds is easy!

Pick the items you like, choose the pack size and quantities, and add them to your shopping cart. When you are ready to pay you press one of the many checkout buttons about the site, the easiest being in the top right hand corner of each page. You can then choose to checkout as a guest or registered member. Fill in all the details as prompted, and choose your shipping and payment options. Once you have completed these steps we will keep you up to date with the status of your order via email.

If you experience difficulties during the checkout phase of your order and are unsure as to whether the order has been completed, we recommend you check your email address that you provided us with to see whether you have a confirmation email. If you are unable to find a confirmation email we would recommend you contact us via email or telephone so we can confirm the exact status of your order.

In the unlikely event that we have run out of stock you will receive either an email or phone call from us outlining the options available to you. These are likely to include the following: 1) Wait for the item/s to be restocked. 2) Select an alternative product to the same value. If ordering a more expensive product we will require additional payment. 3) If you have placed an order for multiple items and we can only fulfill part of your order, we will contact you to ascertain if we should: (a) hold your entire order back until the out of stock items have been restocked, and then send you all the items in one package, or (b) send you the in-stock items to you immediately and then send the out of stock items to you at a later date once they have been restocked. Please note that we will not charge you any extra delivery costs if you choose option (b). 4) If none of the previous options suit your needs we will offer you a refund.
If we cannot contact you by the telephone number or email you supplied to us, we will not be able to fulfill your order.

If an item is listed as out of stock this means that the product is currently unavailable from the seedbank. Please contact us to receive an estimated restock date.

Unfortunately we cannot reserve stock.

This will normally only be considered on orders over £500. Contact us for a quote.

If you have received a Freedom Seeds promo code then you just need to enter it into the “Discount Codes” box on the shopping basket page and press the “Apply Coupon” button. This will alter the price to the discounted price for you and you can continue shopping as normal.

If you can’t find something you’re looking for then please don’t hesitate to get in contact with us and ask. We will be more than happy to let you know all we can with regards to forthcoming products and if we can source what you’re after. We will try our best to fulfill your order.

We believe the price agreed at the time of your order is the price you are happy to pay and we will not be able to refund any difference should that item subsequently be discounted further.

We sell mixed seeds packs, but only those packaged by the seedbanks themselves. We do not open seed packages and sell the seeds loose.

Opening hours are Monday-Friday 10am-6pm GMT.

Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.

Outside of office opening hours we will have an answering machine on. Please leave your name and telephone number, and we will call you back when normal office hours resume.

We require 100% of the payment to be in our possession before we can send out any orders. No exceptions.
Credit / Debit card phone orders

  • Orders processed via secure credit card machine (no details stored)
  • To process the order we must speak to the cardholder
  • Orders must be sent to the cardholders address
  • NOTE: We can only process credit / debit card transactions for UK customers ONLY. For all other EU customers, please use one of our alternative methods of payment.


  • We will only accept cheques drawn on a UK bank.
  • We will deliver your items as soon as the cheque has cleared. This can take up to five working days with some banks

No reference to “cannabis” or “seeds” will show on any transaction statements.

It is safe to order online with Freedom Seeds. We utilise industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to allow for the encryption of sensitive information such as your name, address and other critically sensitive information such as your credit card details. Information passed between your computer and our website cannot be read in the unlikely event that someone else intercepts it. This technology includes the following features:

  • Authentication – this assures your browser that your data is being sent to the correct computer server, and that the server is secure.
  • Encryption – this encodes the data so it cannot be read by anyone other than the secure server.
  • Data Integrity – this checks the data being transferred to ensure it has not been altered.

Firstly we would recommend you double check you have entered all details correctly. The card you are using must be registered to the billing address. If the card has been declined then it could be a funding issue. Please check with your card issuer to ensure you have sufficient funds to make the payment or whether there are any other issues. As always, please don’t hesitate to contact us and we will see if we can take payment over the phone.

We charge in UK Pound Sterling (GBP). Thus, please use a currency converter if you are using a card that is not GBP. This will advise you of the charge in your local currency. A good currency converter to use is: XE Currency Converter

It is our aim to ship every order we receive before 3pm on a weekday the same day.This means that many of our UK customers will receive their order the very next day.

  • For orders over £50 delivery is free of charge
  • For orders of £50 and under delivery is £4.50

European Standard orders

  • For orders over £200 delivery is free of charge
  • For orders of £200 and under delivery is £10.00

We strongly recommend you check your local laws to ensure that you can legally purchase the products we sell before ordering. By ordering, you will have confirmed that you have done so. All products sold on our website are legal for sale within the UK.

If your location is not listed above then please do get in contact and we will see what we can do – we will most likely require a cleared bank transfer payment before we can ship any goods though.

Unfortunately we will not ship to the United States.

We fully appreciate the need for discreet packaging. As such, all of our items are shipped in plain ‘Jiffy’ style envelopes with internal padding to protect your goods. There are no company logos and there will be no reference to the contents on the exterior of the packaging itself. The package will display your address and a discreet return address. If you have any special requirements, then please contact us and we’ll see what we can do to assist you.

All items will be shipped in their original packaging so you can be assured that you are getting exactly what you have ordered.

When you place your order we will send you a confirmation of order email with a reference number to let you know we are processing your order. You will then receive a further email to let you know your order has been shipped. You can also view the status of your order and whether or not it has been shipped by accessing the ‘my account’ section on the Freedom Seeds website.

Once your order has been dispatched an automated email with tracking reference is sent to the email address you supplied us with, along with a link to the website where you can track your order. The level to which you can track your shipment will depend on the service selected and the country to which it is being sent. If you have any issues regarding your order please contact us, and remember to have your reference number to hand.

We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving your request and once full payment has been received.

UK orders

  • Most UK orders will arrive within 2-4 working days

European orders

  • Most European orders will arrive within 2-8 working days. If you still haven’t received your order after this time then please contact us

If you have not received your order within the timescales set out above then please feel free to contact us and we will try to find the reason for the delay.

The carrier will leave you a card informing you that delivery has been attempted. On this card will be instructions on how to obtain your parcel. If you won’t be in on further delivery attempts or are unable to collect your parcel, then your parcel will be returned to Freedom Seeds. When we receive this parcel, we will refund for the items only and not the postage costs. All customers receive a tracking number and courier website link. We recommend that you regularly track your parcel just in case an ‘attempted delivery card’ is not posted through your door.

We cannot send to PO Box addresses as all our delivery options require a signature on delivery.

If you would like to cancel your order or make any amendments it is important that you contact us as soon as possible so that we don’t pack and ship the order. Please type ‘Cancellation’ or ‘Order Change’ along with your order number in the subject field of the email so we can look into the matter. Once an item has been shipped we cannot then cancel the order.

We accept no returns unless the product is damaged before dispatch or during travel to you.

If you place an order and refuse the package when it arrives and it returns to us undamaged, you will not get a full refund for your order, we will refund for the items only and not the postage costs.

We at Freedom Seeds take every effort to double check your purchase thoroughly for any damage before it leaves us. If you encounter any issues though please contact us immediately and we will advise a course of action to rectify the situation. Please be aware that we may require you to email us images of the product so we can get a better understanding of your problem.

We double check that every order is 100% accurate and correct, however errors can happen from time to time. In the unlikely event that you receive goods that you haven’t ordered please advise us of the details by email at and return the incorrectly delivered items in their original packaging. We will then do our best to replace the incorrectly delivered item(s) as quickly as possible and refund any carriage charges which you may have incurred.

Please allow up to 14 working days for a refund/exchange to be processed from the date we receive your returned package. Most returns are typically processed within less than half this time period.
