Blue Dream is a sativa-dominant strain that originated in California. Its high yields make this a great cash-cropping marijuana strain.It was bred by crossing Blueberry and Super Silver Haze.

High yields of dense, dank buds sparkle with THC-bearing resin crystals. THC production is measured at 19.74% with an effect that is both cerebral and physical. Indoors flowering is complete in 8 – 9 weeks; plants grown outdoors in northern latitudes can be harvested in October. Cooler night-time temperatures towards the end of flowering will result in plants that turn beautiful blue and purple colours.

The taste of the dried buds is of blueberry hash and they have a sweet, berry aroma similar to the Blueberry parent. Its effects are calming and soothing and medicinally recommended for fatigue, lack of appetite, pain and stress. It does not have specific sedative effects.
