It is unlawful to cultivate any part of a cannabis plant. It is not an offence to supply or possess cannabis seeds, but any action which germinates or cultivates them is an offence.

By making a request/order with Freedom Seeds, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these terms, then you should contact us at sales@freedomseeds.com before placing your order.

We must receive payment for your order before it can be processed. Once payment has been received, we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending you an email. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us. All contracts are concluded in English.

Please note that we reserve the right to cancel any offer made by the customer to buy products from Freedom Seeds up and until we dispatch your order. Examples of where this action may be appropriate are as follows: that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, or if the item ordered is out of stock, or if the item has been withdrawn from sale due to quality control reasons.

All product have 14 days cancellation all item must be in the original packing.

All items returned to us are entirely at your own risk, so we recommend using a recorded postal service. You must contact us for authorisation before returning any items.

Freedom Seeds will ensure that the website does not have any problems and that goods displayed are available. However, we cannot guarantee the availability of the website or that any or all goods on the site are in stock or available. In the event that your ordered items are out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible.

Prices are as stated on the website and are subject to change at any time without notice.

All payments will be made in UK Pounds Sterling (GBP). Customers outside the UK will be responsible for any Duty / Import charges which may be applicable to their order. You must pay the full amount at the time of the placed order.

The price of any product is the price in force at the date and time of your order. We may change the price of any product before you place an order. We will inform you if a product’s correct price is higher than that stated in your order and you may cancel the order.

All promotional offers that rely on a set amount to be spent before the offer becomes valid (ie, spend £X and get X seeds free) will incorporate the postage cost as part of the grand total.

Buy One Get One Free Offers: Buy one get one free offers are limited to the selected ‘parent’ item and the ‘child’ (free) item as per offer details. There is no cash or other alternative product available. On return of a buy one get one free purchase both items (parent and child item) must be returned to affect a refund or exchange.

Free Seed Offers: The length of the offer is stated on the Special Offers page of our website, but in general these offers will run from the beginning to the end of any given calendar month. We only hold limited free seed stock, so although we endeavour to accurately fulfill the free seed offers, we reserve the right to change promotional stock for a similar item in the unlikely event that one of our current promotional items goes out of stock.

Promotion Discount codes: Promotional discount codes are published from time to time. One code may be used at a time, not in conjunction with any other offers unless advertised in the promotion description. There is no cash or other alternative product available. We reserve the right to withdraw any or all promotional discount codes at any time and without notice.

All the information you provide to Freedom Seeds is strictly private and confidential. We will not disclose to any third parties; your name, address, email address or telephone number unless we have informed you, been authorised by you, or are required to do so by law, subject to the Data Protection Act 1998.

Information will remain private and will be stored on our secure database. However, information may be used by Freedom Seeds to improve your shopping experience, enabling us to handle your order, deliver products, process payments and alert you to promotional offers.

We will release account and personal information only when we believe it appropriate to comply with the law, to enforce or apply our conditions of use and other agreements to protect the rights, property or safety of Freedom Seeds. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organisations for fraud protection. Please note that Freedom Seeds retain no debit / credit card data whatsoever on their database.

We do employ other companies and individuals to perform certain functions on our behalf, e.g. processing credit card payments, delivering packages, sending mail, analysing data. They will have access to the personal information needed to allow them to perform their function but may not use it for any other purpose.

We only use secure payment gateways to process payments. Your debit / credit card details are not stored on our database. We take all possible care to protect your personal details, but in the absence of negligence by the secure payment gateways, or our other agents, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to the data provided when you placed your order.

Unless expressly stated to the contrary to the fullest extent permitted by law JFR LTD, its content providers, advertisers or linked sites shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever, including but without limitation to any direct, indirect, special, consequential, punitive or incidental damages, or damages for loss of use, profits, data or other intangibles, damage to goodwill or reputation, or the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services, arising out of or related to the use, inability to use, performance or failures of this website or linked sites, even if JFR LTD had been advised of the possibility of such damages and irrespective of whether such damages arise in contract, tort, equity, restitution, by statute, at common law or otherwise.
